This is a fantastic beauty clinic! beautifully clean and up to date facilities and incredibly friendly staff. I have been coming here for a few months for electrolysis and have seen dramatic results compared to other clinics that i have been to in the past- i understand that this is because they have brand new electrolysis machines which are more effective but also much less painful than older models. Coming to this clinic has been game changing for me!

I went to this clinic for the first time yesterday and had a great experience there, Penina and all her staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The clinic it's self is very nice and very clean. The service and treatment is fantastic, they managed to see me at such short notice. Honestly one of the best clinics I've ever been too, would highly recommend to anyone, will definitely be returning as a regular customer! 10/10 from me

Being going to Penina’s for a few months now for electrolysis very happy with the results so far. I also had LPG treatment yesterday I could definitely see the difference. I was very impressed. Definitely a treatment I would want to do again. And my consultant, Yesim, is lovely, very knowledgeable with treatments/products. I would recommend Penina’s for sure everyone so friendly and welcoming.

As a teenager, Penina helped me with my out of control acne. When my daughter began suffering with acne, I was no longer living in London so I turned to many different avenues for a cure. I was also so thankful to Penina for the way she spoke about acne in front of my daughter. My daughter was 8 years old when she began with her acne and no one else in her class had started so she felt really awful about it. When Penina saw her, she kept on telling my daughter, " You are beautiful, you are so sweet, it's fine, nothing to worry about, you're beautiful" and while she touched her face to examine the acne, she stroked her face (the way a loving mother would do!) which showed my daughter that she is still loveable despite the acne.
